The Payroll Department will be mailing out the 2014 W-2’s for Aéropostale Inc. Employees on or before January 31, 2015 to the address listed in Dayforce. If your mailing address has changed, and you have supplied the U.S. Post Office with forwarding information, the W-2 may be forwarded to your new address. Kindly note how to access your 2014 W-2 and prior years.

US Employees – 2014 W-2’s – you will be able to access your 2014 W-2 in Dayforce beginning this year after January 26th. Corporate and Store Communications will go out with instructions on how to access/print your W-2. You can access Dayforce by clicking on the link here: https://aeropostale.dayforce.com
US Employees 2013/prior years – You will need to go to the W-2 website: www.Aeropostalehr.com
Puerto Rico Employees – will not be able to see their W-2’s electronically due to a state regulation. If they need a re-print of their W-2 for 2014 or prior years, they will need to either call the W-2 hotline number (877-674-0445 ext 5402) or email payroll@aeropostale.com.

Please read this carefully, as it provides the instructions you will need to access prior year W-2’s
•  Company Access code (Case Sensitive) - Aero04
•  The basic personal W-2 information: Name, address and Social Security Number. The information that is in our system as of the last paycheck of the year. This information must be precisely as it exists in the Company's database, otherwise you will not be able to register. If you are unable to proceed past the "Self Service Signup" screen, contact Payroll: W-2 Hotline (877-674-0445 ext. 5402) or Payroll@Aeropostale.com

The help link provided on the left will guide you step by step through the process whether you have already registered last year for your W-2 or you are a new employee registering for the first time.

After completing the registration process, you will be able to access and print copies of your W-2 as well as download the information to certain tax preparation software. At any time you can access help by clicking on the Help?. It is the Icon at the top of the screen.
Each time you log in, you will be given three attempts to enter your user name and password correctly after which you will be denied access and your user id disabled. If you cannot remember your user id or password, click on Forgot Login Information and you will be guided as to how to receive the information via email. If it becomes necessary to re-enable your user id, please use the number provided below to inform the payroll department. You will receive an email to the account provided during registration with a temporary password to log in.

If you are still unable to retrieve your W-2 information, and have not received your original W-2 via mail, you can leave a message for the payroll department on our W-2 Hotline (877-674-0445 ext. 5402) or email Payroll@Aeropostale.com and a copy can be sent to you via the U.S. Postal Service. Please be sure to speak slowly and clearly and include the following information in your message: • First and Last Name • Full Mailing Address with Apt. number • Telephone Number with area code
